3V Tech offers various solution for the purification and concentration of fatty acids of animal and vegetal origin. (eg. Omega 3, etc)Depending on the composition of the stream, different technologies can be applied, but the core process will always remain the evaporation/distillation.
The recovery process takes place at temperature and vacuum conditions determined after testing, allowing to reach high final products purity in conformity of oleochemical market requirement.
A fatty acids purification plant can consist of several stages, depending on the nature of the fatty acids and of the impurities to be removed.
